How Returns Work
Initiate Return
Go to your Orders page and select the item you wish to return. Fill out the return reason.
Get Return Label
A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Policy Details
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
Items must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
